The Icelandic Lava Show is the only place in the world where you can safely experience hot molten lava in close proximity. The show is both educational and exhilarating.
The Icelandic Lava Show is a new and exciting entertainment choice, completely different from everything else you have ever experienced.
The show recreates a volcano eruption, similar to what Eyjafjallajökull and Katla volcano are famous for. By melting real lava and pouring it onto ice in a room full of people, it is a unique opportunity to experience the dramatic battle between ice and fire, to hear the red-hot lava sizzling, smell the melting minerals and feel the heat that radiates from it.
It‘s a unique entertainment choice where visitors embark on an adventure about the power of mother earth that is both enlightening and exhilarating. Come visit Icelandic Lava Show in the heart of Vík, the town nestled in the midst of Katla UNESCO Geopark.
